Join us on retreat in the stunning south west of Ireland where we will Immerse ourselves in Flow Arts training this summer. Lets marinate in movement goodness!

Under the guidance of experienced teachers we will explore object manipulation technique, Taichi and Qigong, dance and expression.

All levels welcome! Whether for your own personal practice or professional artistic development let’s level up together.

All props are welcome! Our training will explore the underlying principles of movement and manipulation that can be applied to all Flow Arts props.

The retreat will include 3 delicious meals every day, accommodation on site, and flow and fire jams each evening.
